Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling- Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations and rescheduling requests may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances and notice given. Special Circumstances- We review each case individually and will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or unexpected events. Operator Cancellations- If Daikoku Dash must cancel a tour due to weather, safety issues, or other unforeseen reasons, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
